Suman filed complaint against Ecom Express on Oct 25, 2021
Hi I am Suman my order not delivered in * days after ordered arrived in my home town also rude behavior from delivery agent. No solution on toll free No. I had complained * times but no solution provided. The delivery partner does this this * times with my order and at last I have to cancel my order. Worst service I ever had. I am fully harassed with it and thinking about filing a serious complaint under the jurisdiction also.
