Order id: *********, my order is not delivered to me but application status is showing delivered on ** which is updated on today date (** June, ****), I have checked my status on ** and ** that time it was showing pending but suddenly on ** it show me delivered and the customer support told me they can't help us because it's already been delivered before ** hour. i did not get any call any email and not even any delivery message. it's a complete fraud activity and worst service i ever had.
In fact when i checked my tracking status on delivery sites my mobile number is not connected with this tracking details ************** (Delivery) .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
