Meeshu - Delivered different product but still its shows shipped in meeshoo app

I ordered a jewellary set with Order from parth, one of the supplier of meesho.
When I check it's tracking it shows that it is not yet dispatched. So I cancel the order. But they send some old and different clothes to my customer and collect Rs **** from them. So now I need to return the product. And there is no option in the meesho app to return the product.
