Meeshu - Wrong and Used product

I am a seller on meeshu and received the order (Order No. ************_*) from UP and the customer has generated the refund and returned the product as per the meeshu policy they don't investigation and without investigation they given the approval for refunding and returning the product when the product received the product packing is total damage and then when i opened the item was change and used item packed in the box then i complaint to the meeshu but they refuse my request and its total loss for me please help what i do for this
