Harsha filed complaint against Ecom Express on May 7, 2021
Ordered a package on **th April . Package arrived in Bangalore in may *nd , but they haven’t delivered the package as of may *th . Twice on their site it says address not found . I called them multiple times and let them know that the address is correct . The address can easily be found on google . ,called to file a complaint and even that didn’t help as they only say we will resolve in ** hours but there has been no attempt from them to redeliver .This is really bad service from Ecom express .I don’t recommend this courier service .
