I have ordered my jabra headset in the month of Dec ****, and as per DTDC tracking it was delivered on **th Jan ****, but unfortunately I haven't received my headphones yet and I was chasing with the parent company ( jabra) and when they gave me AWB and I got to know it was mentioned it was delivered to me directly which is not possible since in our apartment door delivery is not allowed, and moreover now they are saying they handed over to the security, on which I have checked our CCTV footage and found this was never delivered. Please help me to get my headsets.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
