I have ordered a guitar from bajao.com and ecom express refuses to deliver at my house. And they are just giving updates that the product is out for delivery but address is wrong. So they are directly ignored my order. And after calling many times they are not resolving any problems regarding this issue. I have faced this problem multiple times with ecom express. My location is dantewada district.. My Tracking id is **********. Kindly take action against ecom express.
