Myntra app shows my package delivered even though I did not recieve it and had cancelled it before.
I had ordered H&M women pink and purple jersey crpe dress from Myntra on **nd December ****. I tried cancelling the product from **rd December (before it got shipped). I contacted help center numerous times but they said I could cancel directly by refusing product to the delivery boy. I tried cancelling every way possible, even through on the app the product was showing cancelled. Then on **th December I refused delivery and got a mail that said undelivered, again I contacted call center to cancel the order but this time they started talking about some IVR call that I was supposed to get in ** hours. Needless to say I did not recieve any such call. So again the product status started showing out for delivery on **th but this time suddenly it shows delivered even though I did not get anything. Despite me telling the delivery man to cancel. THEY JUST DID NOT GIVE ME THE PACKAGE SO I CAN'T RETURN IT.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
