I was about to receive my valentine gift from ferns and petal dated for **th Feb ****.Same day called customer care they told that delivery is not possible for same day coz we just tried and got your no switched off as well as door was locked, informed that its a pg in case if no one is answering the call they can drop package at the pg .Next day (**/**/****) haven't received any delivery ,called customer care they informed that yesterday cake wasn't prepared that's why delivery got delayed,which was also ok for me ,updated new number to them in case they are unable to call on previous number and i was informed that i am going to get my parcel before * PM (date -**/**/****).As expected no delivery called at around *:** PM to just check the status.They informed that they are sorry they cant delivery the cake today as delivery boy called and got no answer so they will redeliver tomorrow (**/**/****) i just informed that I did not receive any call from any delivery man.Now which was very undetectable situation for me ,I asked representative to raise a complaint for the same he just placed my call on hold for more than * hour which detail i have already attached,and finally i hung up.I just want complaint to be raised as they just not wasted me and my husband's time also gave false promises as if some one is trusting your site please do not make them feel so bad .
