Flipkart - Package not delivered, Refund not received

I had ordered for a Voice Recorder from Flipkart. The Item was shown as delivered , but I did not receive the product. On contacting Flipkart, I was told that a replacement would be shipped. A replacement was shipped by Flipkart, but the delivery executive refused to deliver the product to the address mentioned as part of my order. He was calling me to a location about *-* kms away to which I refused. The customer care of Flipkart refused to help me as well.The delivery executive probably stole my item and then sold it. So basically I did not receive my voice recorder. I kept following up with Flipkart, but they were taking their own sweet time in responding. On a number of follow ups, I was asked for my address, for a cheque to be couriered, but I haven't received said cheque as yet. Recently, when I contacted Flipkart, I was told since the matter is too old (about * years), they cannot provide me with a refund.So basically, I have neither received my product, nor a refund. I also asked Flipkart, for the details of the delivery executive and any other person involved in this conspiracy, so as I can take appropriate legal action, but the same hasn't been provided by Flipkart either.
