Dear sir /madam,
I want to complain about Ekart delivery agent who is not delivering my product since ** December. Today he called me and I picked up his call but he cuts call then I called back he was busy then I called then mobile Was switched off. And when I went to the hub, he spoke to me rudely and said that we have not received your parcel, please place another order. And Flipkart is extending the resolution date for the last * days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
