I have ordered some product (mentioned on their Instagram account - @pinkktonic), through there Whataspp number they have provided on their portal (*****-*****), i paid online Rs **** for my order, till then everything is fine. Days passed, i havent received my order till now, its **th day today from the Date of Order.
I message them on Whatsapp, no response, i called them on their * numbers (Provided for order booking, provided for Paytm, and mention on their Instagram call me section), not picking up the phone, texted them on Instagram, no response, and all this is happening when i asked them for courier details to track my courier, they are not responding to me on chats even they are showing as online.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
