I HAVE SENT SOME PAN DOCUMENT VIA DTDC BUT STILL NOW MY PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET, FOR LATE DELIVERY I HAVE TO PAY PENALTY FOR THIS SO I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO TAKE A NECESSERY ACTION AND DTDC SHOULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO RECOVER MY PENALTY
