Oshin Agarwal filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 27, 2022
I have placed an order with flipkart of a mobile phone. In app on ** Dec, **** it showed that there is out for delievery I made a call to delievery executive about expected delievery time to which he assured that same would be delievered on same day but he didn't oblige the same. Next day the very same thing happened and also on the following day. Thereafter on ** Dec, **** call was received from delievery executive that it would be positively delievered on ** Dec, ****. But on early loring the order was cancelled and when asked for reason he said that attempts were exhausted and that for delievery I have to place a fresh order. The compensation asked for is the difference of amount of former order and new order if be placed.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
