SO************** is my order no and Club factory is not at all giving Information about Product status.I ordered in July*nd and for the next ** days order was in preparation stage no changes were there.So I contacted the Customer careand they told it will take upto ** days.then suddenly the order status changed to shipment and all.The customer care executives are Simply changing the status to fool the customers.Now the package is again blocked at the customs.I am sure I will never get it and I am so fooled by the club factory for not saying right information about order status.the customer care simply saying to wait and not saying where the package is .
I think the package is not even shipped from China.This people are fooling people by randomly updating Stays of shipment in their software .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
