Nidhi Dubey filed complaint against DTDC EXPRESS LIMITED on Aug 23, 2019
I sent a package on **th august **** from DTDC courier Bombay hospital Indore (mp).
My package did not delieverd, did not return and even they did not inform me about it.
After ten days on **rd August **** when I inquired then they declared the delivery address is not include in company's service area thatswhy they can't deliever the package.
I suffered mentally and financially both due to irrresponsible behaviour of DTDC courier and their employees.
I attatched bill of DTDC courier with this complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
