Nike - Package not being picked up

I had ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordans from official nike store. They delivered it the very next day. As I ordered first time, I had size issues. They had a policy of **-day return and exchange. Approximately * days later, I initiated a replacement request due to size issues. The product was supposed to be picked up within *-* days according to them. The product is still not picked up and it's been over a month now. Every time we call them, they say they ll do the job in * days and then they ll dispatch the replacement order. Fed up with their replacement, I asked for a return. The employees are so useless, they cancelled my replacement request and left it like that. Again I had to call them that return request has not been created. Now the return request is created but no one has yet arrived to pickup the order. This is high time of waiting. Its been over a month now!
