I ordered * shoes from nike app singapore. Returned * shoes on **may**** due to size issue. Its been * months now I haven’t received refund from nike yet. I keep emailing nike every day for the refund. At the end nike replied that the shoes I have sent did not match with the original ones.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
