I had ordered Nike shoes from Myntra. The quality of shoes was not up to the mark and seems counterfeit to me. Hence I raised complaint on Myntra Customer support and they sent this mail to return it. I requested return and refund. And now they have rejected my claim stating product looked used. Fact is I have not used it apart from trying it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
