Rajib Dhar filed complaint against DTDC on Oct 19, 2019
One package was booked from Kolkata vide AWB D******** to deliver at Jamnagar Gujarat, but subject package was damaged through the mishandling of DTDC staff and the subject package was disposed off by DTDC at their won as per the mail from DTDC customersupport@dtdc.com dated ** Oct ****.
Rs****/- has been claimed from the DTDC for the lacking of their service and destroyed the materials, the Bifurcation for the claim is as follows.
*. Rs ***/- which was taken for the booking charge of the consignment to deliver at your Kolkata branch office, but the consignment has been damaged by you through mishandling.
*. Rs ****/- for the Material /product which was inside the consignment D********.
DTDC is not responding in my mail
