Professional Couriers - Package never delivered and returned

I couriered my package from Noida to Pune on **-**-****. It should have reached the destination in *-* days but reached Pune only on **th. But then the facility at Pune has never delivered nor returned the package. They keep on changing the status in the system and it goes from Pune City to Pimpri, Warje and so on. I tried calling them and after so many attempts able to talk to them on **-**-** and it was at Warje centre. The person told a lie that he received the package that day only and will deliver by ** Aug. Then he told to check with Pimpri centre as the package sent there. After asking why it is going from one centre to others, he told that pin code is not serviced by them. I booked it in Noida from their courier partner and should have been told. I had spent *** bucks and also rakhi is not getting delivered. They are making fun of customer by not delivering it and no value of emotions attached to the festival. I am helpless Consignment No. NDA********* I had raised grievance using consumer helpline portal 'INGRAM' also attaching the courier slip and tracking status from their website but they never replied.
