I have ordered a * piece bed sheets on November *th **** by calling the advertisement that was shown by them in the television. I received a piece of shit and a cheap product. I have been calling them twice a day since then to return the product and they are neglecting it. I do not have any trust on them that they will come to take the product. They never said that they will not refund my money if returned and now they are saying they will provide a voucher. I need my possible and needs the product to be returned as soon as possible and I am really frustrated with their service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
