Akhila filed complaint against DTDC on Feb 20, 2019
I ordered a saree from a person in Surat on **th January **** worth INR ****/-. Actually, I should get the parcel through DTDC but when I tracked my package it showed that it's been delivered on *st Feb ****. So I approached the DTDC working staff where they said that they delivered to me in one day, next day they said that it was there with them in office, the other day they said that it was delivered to someone else. Finally, they concluded that the parcel went return to the place from where it came but they didn't give me any proper details about the return order, not even any consignment number and right now those people are not responding properly.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
