Blue dart - Package misplaced

I shipped my package(House and Vehicle Keys) from Mumbai to Bengaluru on **th of May ** which was scheduled to be received by **th of May ****, but they misplaced this. Post several calls, mail follow up and twitter post they agreed and told that we have sent them to Panji. Due to their negligence I have suffered loss of **K as I need to reschedule the packers and movers which charged me extra. Also for Vehicle keys I need to pay extra as duplicate.Now Blue Dart is not ready to bear the financial loss occurred due to their unprofessional approach. Please help me on this
