Neha filed complaint against Delhivery on May 17, 2021
My package which includes essential things (medicines) has departed from New Delhi on **th April,**** to Ballia through Delhivery courier service but till date it is roaming only from Varanasi to Gorakhpur and vice versa. No contact numbers are available on the Google though I could contact them then I sent mail * times to their support but from their side I received response that there is an issue with lockdown. Everyone knows that no issue with courier services for essential things and if it was actual exist problem that any issue will happen with essential things and will not arrived timely then you must inform to me about it earlier otherwise I will manage from another source of service.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
