UK Surgicals filed complaint against Professional Courier on Jul 3, 2018

We send a parcel on **-**-**** from Chalakudi ,Kerala to khandagiri,bhubaneswar.This item not yet received on destination.We called so many times for this parcel information and not get any positive replay from them.Already * months passed .We complaint on professional courier online on **-**-**** -CRM ID Number:CRM******,but from there also,not get update on this parcel.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
