Fed Ex - Package lost by FedEx and not responding to issue

I have ordered ** number of ICs from R S Components. They have dispatched it through FedEx courier. The FedEx has lost the courier. Now they are not responding to this issue. I am daily calling them and asking for reimbursement. Daily they are giving any invalid reasons
