Celia filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 9, 2019
I had ordered a pair of flats from flipside on Dec ** **** and the delivery was due on Jan *st ****.But Myntra apologised for the delay in delivery due to certain issues so I patiently waited till they would deliver the product. But today I get a msg on my app stating that the product has been lost so the order has been cancelled .But on the app I see the similar product being sold again at a higher price.Instead of compensating for what they did how could they cancel the order.Seriously disappointed by the way they take consumers for granted...So far I was happy about the shopping experience with Myntra but this incident has made me think twice so I would no longer prefer shopping from Myntra
