Hello,
I have dish tv connection with registered mobile number - **********, today I took new pack after removing all old previous pack.
my issue is regarding old pack. the service which I do not want was activated on my tv like dance active and others, i never placed such type of request.
So please credit the amount in my dish tv account which I was not activated (dance active and others).
NOTE - NOW DO NOT CHANGE MY CURRENT PACK WHICH I TOOK WITH HELP OF CUSTOMER CARE TODAY.
