Shradha Chabra filed complaint against Ajio on Nov 16, 2020
I have placed an order for * items with order id Fl********** on * november **** out of which i have received * items on ** november ****, but these * items are not marked delivered yet in the Ajio App due to which i am not able to place the return request, i have been trying to call at your customer care no. *********** since ** nov but the call is not getting connceted. It is my request to mark these * items delivered on the app so that i can place the return request. The products are marked delivered on the delhivery website but not on ajio app, pls initiate the return process .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
