Anandharaj S filed complaint against Oyo on May 2, 2019
I booked * rooms (Anandha residency) which is in Kodaikanal through OYO. But there is no parking facility and even can't able to reach that residency because of the worst road condition. When we contact the receptionist we were shocked by the way that he treated us. Immediately we raised a complaint to OYO. But the response is very worst. So I asked them to refund my amount of ₹.**** (paid through UPI id and net banking). Before booking, I received many messages from OYO to pay the amount to confirm but after my complaint, no one is responding properly. My booking ID is ZQXL****. Please help regarding this.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
