Ajio app - Package is not dileverd

I m very much disappointed with delivery services provided by you in my area. The delivery boy calls purposely at night time and asks if it's okay if he comes in morning and when we agree for that he updates that customer is not available for taking order , for redelivery he called for ** sec and then hung up before I could even pick up and for *rd attempt he called and asked do you want this parcel , I said yes and he lied that he is coming to deliver but I never received the parcel and now the same drama that customer is not available. I m so much disappointed with your services the people who are responsible to deliver the order are so lazy and they fool customers . Please if you get ahold of these people fire them ASAP !
