My Shadowfax parcel reached the Bangalore DC office on *th February, and there have been no updates since then. Despite multiple calls and emails to customer support, there has been no progress or clear communication regarding the status of the shipment.
The parcel is from Wonderchef, and due to the prolonged delay and lack of adequate information, I was compelled to place the same order through Amazon.
I have been waiting for this order since *st February, when it was originally placed, and this experience has resulted in a significant waste of time and inconvenience.
I request you to kindly provide an immediate update on the status of my shipment and resolve this at the earliest.
