Regarding my order with delhivery with tracking number ************* containing live plants.The item reached the destination office on ** Jul ****.
On same date it is marked as out for delivery and they never contacted me.And in the night it is marked customer not reachable.Since that was the case i contacted the area manager Palakkad contact number .Sice he didn't took call i send sms .Then no reply and i contacted another concerned person Mr sarath .He gave delivery persons's number Sumesh . I informed every person that the parcel has live plants and needs to be delivered as soon as possible. They promised me that it will be delivered today. But they didn't keep the promise and not delivered .
.The order is rare roses from Sikkim from https://mainaamgarden.com/ and is worth Rs ****. I assume the items will be in bad stage so i request you to take action on this. I wont be able to accept the pracel here after
