I had ordered two Mi Band-*(Order ID# ***-*******-*******) worth Rs. ****.**/- each on **th oct **** from Amazon.in. With discount the order amounted to Rs.****.**/- only . The order was shipped/delivered to my temporary address at Nagpur,Maharashtra on **th oct **** . one of the band was defective so I placed a replacement order(Order ID# ***-*******-*******) for the same band on **th oct ****, as it was under replacement period. On **th oct ****, delivery boy took the item from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. He didn’t provided any acknowledgement slip as he(delivery boy) was in rush and promished to update it on system. I have been contacting Amazon customer service from **th oct **** and now its more than a month but they have only one reply that they have created a trouble ticket and ask me to wait. I checked with amazon delivery boy and he is saying that that he has submitted the order to amazon warehouse, Jabalpur but when I contacted warehouse they are saying that they haven’t received any product.I have called amazon consume service several times and my nephew has visited amazon warehouse, jabalpur couple of times but no one is ready to accept his fault. I have the recording of all calls I did to customer services, delivery boy and warehouse person. Now I don’t need the product back nor the replacement. I want my money back and request you to impose penalty for the problems I have been facing for more than a month.
