Delhivery - Package is lost

I requested their service on February **th to deliver two items to my address. Both items were picked up on March *st. On March *th, I checked the status and found that one item had reached my state but was stuck at the warehouse, while the other item was still at the pickup center. After raising the issue, they promptly delivered the item that had reached the warehouse to my home. However, the second item remained stuck at the pickup center.

I escalated the matter again on March *th, and since then, their team has repeatedly responded that they are investigating the issue and doing their best to trace the package, which had gone missing from their records. After ** days and numerous follow-ups from my end, they finally responded, admitting they lost it and only refunded the delivery charge.

This is completely unacceptable. My luggage contained expensive personal belongings, including clothes, important items, and electronics, yet they have taken no responsibility for the actual loss. I demand either the return of my luggage or compensation for their negligence and failure to safeguard my possessions.
