I had send parcel to my native place Kerala from virar On ** March ****. But it was not delivered and after one month they are telling me that package is lost. I had made around *** phone calls. It was done through porter courier service. Every time they are telling me that parcel will reach me soon. But on ** April they emailed me saying that parcel is lost. Parcel contained dental equipments and tablet worth *****
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
