Baljit filed complaint against Amazon on Feb 20, 2023
I Placed an order to Amazon.in with two products *. Sandisk Storage card and *. TP link camera.
When I received the order then the Camera box was fine but the Sandisk card I only received wrapper of that card and card was missing. I recorded Unboxing video of this parcel so I have evidence that the product was missing from their side. But when I tried to contact amazon support they were saying we delivered the product and it was not missing from our side and we cannot help you further regarding this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
