EVAN NONANG filed complaint against Club Factory on May 8, 2019
I ordered two mobile dust plugs and a file cover for me from Club Factory and it was to reach me by May *. Well, it did not. When I inquired about it they said they will deliver the items in two-three days. I waited but nothing happened. When I asked them about it they asked for more days. I asked for my refunds as I lost all hope to get my orders. They kept asking me for ** hours and again for *-* days. I guess they will ask me for a year if I keep giving them their time.
I even told them that I will approach Voxya if they don't get me my refund back but they did not listen. Now they are completely neglecting my questions. Please help. No one should be scammed. No one has the right to do so.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
