The DTDC courier company is a complete fraud. I ordered a watch from HMT watches on **th august and they shipped it on **th august ****. They are saying that they attempted delivery on **th, **th and today **th but there was no delivery guy at home. Nobody called and straight up gave a message package undelivered. Also, it was mentioned that the person was not reachable. That is true when you don't even attempt the delivery and lie on the face. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam company. They are not even giving the warehouse/ office address.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
