Zara - Package Fraud Items missing

I ordered three items from Zara. When I opened the parcel there were one item and other two were missing. Along with that * item there were some old used shoes. The delivered bos had the seal of xpressbees. My sister received the parcel. I have been complaining about this to Zara customer care but they are only asking me to wait for ** to ** hours everyday. No resolution is provided to me. Please help!!!!!!
