Delhivery - Package denied delivery

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding ongoing issues with my recent deliveries, specifically concerning AWB: *************, *************, and AWB: *************, all handled by the Ghuret facility centre in Pauri, Uttarakhand.

Despite consistent tracking updates indicating "Out for Delivery," the parcels have not been delivered for five consecutive days. The delivery agent, Manish Rawat, has marked the shipments undelivered without genuine attempts, causing significant inconvenience.

Similar challenges are now occurring with AWB: *************, which has been stranded at the facility centre for three days.

The continuous denial of parcel deliveries and difficulties in seeking assistance have resulted in considerable stress. Addressing systemic issues at the Ghuret facility centre

The delivery agent and facility centre exhibit unprofessional and unethical behavior, impacting the overall service experience.

I had to reorder AWB: ************* due to it being returned twice by the facility centre, citing size constraints on their bike. I hope for a successful delivery this time.

I acknowledge the challenges of operating in hilly areas and I typically pick up orders from a location *km away. However, being asked to travel **km to collect a package due to its size is unacceptable.

I urgently request a thorough investigation into the operations of the Ghuret facility centre, including the conduct of Manish Rawat.
