Zepto - Package delivered without the product

Today (**-**-****), I purchased Realme Buds T*** TWS Earbuds from Zepto. After receiving the order, I opened the package and found that it only contained the packaging of the buds without the actual earbuds. I recorded a video while opening the package as proof. When I tried to file a complaint with Zepto using the video evidence, they claimed it was not their fault. Upon requesting a refund, they refused, stating they were not responsible for the issue.
