Shiprocket eCommerce and logistics solution - Package Delivered Tracking Showing Delivered But Has Been Marked RTO For No Reason

I have shipped a parcel from Kolkata on **-**-**** to Jharkhand which was expected to be delivered September **,**** on Cash on Delivery. It was OUT FOR DELIVERY on **-**-**** (*st September) & delivered on the same date at *:** in the evening. This is the tracking Id which shows everything in details - SF*********KR. I have called manier times in Shiprocket customer care number but everytime they have excuses also I have shared proves of delivery and everything still I was not given my Cash on delivery amount & dispute was closed. Please help
