Kala filed complaint against Ajio on Jun 4, 2023
I have placed an order for Gulmohar Jaipur kurta and stylum kurta set items with order id FN********** on ** may **** out of which i have received * items on ** June ****, but these * items are not marked delivered yet in the Ajio App due to which i am not able to place the return request, i have been trying to call at your customer care no. *but the call is not getting connected. It is my request to mark these items delivered on the app so that i can place the return request. The products are marked delivered on the delhivery website but not on ajio app, pls initiate the return process .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
