I ordered * items (PC Memory, Sata Hardrive and Intel i* Processor) through Amazon.in. I received a package and in the package, there is one item missing (Intel i* Processor). I contacted the Amazon Customer Care and informed about this. They asked me to call after * days. I have contacted them again after * days and they are saying it is delivered based on their records and they can't do anything now. But I did not receive the item. Also, the delivery guy did not ask for my signature also. I asked him but he said it is not required.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
