Aochetla pongen filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 24, 2025
This is regarding my order number: ************invoice number: ****************, packet ID: *********** , invoice dated: **/**/**. I have ordered * Anouk kurta sets, and I got the delivery on the **/**/** but when I opened the package I got delivery of only one item. But I got the message that all the five items were delivered. I escalated the issue in the Myntra app and their customer care says all * got delivered on the same day. I have been putting multiple grievances in their app but all says the same answer that all packages were packed in perfect package and delivered correctly .
I escalated the issue to the grievance officer via their mail customergrievance@myntra.com and at the customer grievance website consumer helpline.gov.in. But on **/**/**** at **:** am, I got the call from the grievance officer that their is no issue at their end and that they will be unable to help anymore. She said all items were packed properly and delivered properly. And I also got the mail from the gov website with a message "
Company Remark : - As per the packaging footage the product was packed and sealed in a tamper-proof packet before the same was shipped to you. - It was delivered to you in an intact condition as confirmed by our logistics partner - There is no point in its journey before reaching where the product can be repacked. - No tampering was reported at the time of receipt.

They think i am lying? Why should I? I have been a very good customer for years.How many times do I have to tell them that I've only received one product out of the five orders... I have paid Rs.***** for those five orders.. I have been a loyal customer and what would I get by lying.. Investigate this properly.
I have never experienced this from Myntra . I always trusted them. But now they are harassing me mentally and not providing any solutions. They are wasting my time. They are not the one's who had paid, I did.
Please investigate this properly. I demand heavy compensation from Myntra and also I would request you to refund the money for all the four items which were not delivered to me .
I want to give a feedback to Myntra that I am really very disappointed and also I feel cheated at the same time because this is completely a fraud which has happened to me. The escalation manager was of no help rather she kept on saying that they have investigated properly.
This is completely zero tolerance and this kind of customer service is not at all acceptable where the company Myntra and the delivery agent is putting the blame on the customer itself.
