I have ordered an Air Conditioner from Flipkart and got it delivered on ** April'** , As soon as the product got delivered, they mentioned installation is going to be completed on ** April'**. So we have waited till * days for the installation people to reach out. But no one has called us. Later we called Flipkart Customer Care about our concern regarding installation they keep on saying that "your installation will done by today". They keep on saying the same thing. We have asked them to provide the installation person contact, they said they don't have it. Then we asked them can we install by ourselves like by calling our own technician they denied it. If any other guy other than Flipkart team who ever opens it, its going to be void i.e; warranty is going to be expired and our date to return is also being approached. So in this situation what we gonna do??? Flipkart is neither bothered nor showing any follow up in resolving our issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
