had signed up for the packers and Movers after too many calls Pursued me to take insurance to booking slot. Lot of irritation until you book.. The co-ordination was very poor, the truck arrived at **an instead of * am there was no communication whatsoever, the estimation was incorrectly done as very small vehicle was sent, the size of cartons were small as a shoe box, t with the pack of cardboards and a bubblewrap warp. Out of humanity I offered them a tip but they surprisingly demanded more. The goods were just dumped into vehcile half of the stuff was kept upside down clearly mishandled. I suggest to go with the local but reputed packers and movers and ask them to visit personally and estimate the luggage before. This was my first experience but I learnt a hard way. I will suggest my friends not to rely completely on the review here they can really be deceptive and misleading.
Insurance claim was rejected. All the pictures are shared again. Am sharing it again. With shame am asking for money as all these products are new and it's damaged.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
