I have contacted Delhivery to courier my home electronic appliances i.e A ** inch TV and a microwave
Delhivery LR no. *********
They initially charged ****/- for ** kg volumetric weight later they charged more ****/- for extra volumetric weight and we paid it !
Yesterday they delivered my items but the microwave’s condition was in total disaster! I tried to complain to the delivery person but he misbehaved and didn’t take the OTP for damaged parcel while he took only OTP for complete delivery
Later opening the courier I found the microwave was completely broken while I contacted the seller and asked for help which she replied “Do whatever you want, you won’t get any refund or reimbursement from us” and also defamed my saying we fabricated the case just to take out reimbursement money
